Prescription Swim goggles generally come in pre-made diopters (we provide -1.0 to -8.0). at ProSwimwear from a wide range of Brands like Speedo, Swans, Zoggs, View, Mad Wave, If your exact prescription falls between steps, opticians generally recommend moving down to the next closest diopter (e.g., if you are -3.75, select -3.5). This prevents eye strain, and water naturally provides a slight magnifying effect.

We also provide custom goggles where you pick your left annd right lens and the strap kit, this is done in one easy product bundle on site, when you recieve the item you just click together the goggle kit with the right and left lens and you have custom prescription goggles with different left and right eye prescriptions.

How Do I Know What Lenses To Get?

To find the right lenses for you, you just need an up-to-date prescription from your optician. You can then work out what lenses you need, and if both eyes are the same prescription, you can choose a single-diopter goggle; if not, choose one of our custom build googles.
Where the option of goggle diopter is not in line with your prescription, round down to the nearest lower strength—for instance, choose -3.5 rather than -3.75. Lower powers reduce eye strain, keep vision sharp at normal swimming distances, and you will also benefit from the natural magnification of water.
